Very good. A little heavier than I expected but that also makes it sturdy. ✅✅✅✅

The ladder had a rung that would simply not lock into place, and the way it works the other above therefore cannot be used. So if a single rung has an issue, and is lower down on the ladder, you are stuck. And the bigger versions weigh 40+ pounds, and Amazon has no pickup for this product, so you will have to drive it back to a drop-off point.I suggest avoiding this product.

This heavy-duty telescopic ladder is great for storing in smaller spaces when body parts don't get caught in between the ladders parts. While there are warnings all over the ladder to be mindful of getting pinched by the ladder, it's not the easiest to use. The ladder also comes not fully assembled, the base feet have to be attached. I wish this part were easier, I needed a mallet to knock in the pieces before securing. I do like that the base of the ladder comes with wheels for tilting and rolling, making it easier to move around. The ladder when fully compact is very heavy and cumbersome to maneuver. The sections of the ladder can be released via the side black switches, it's not too difficult to extend the ladder but does take some patience.

This ladder has worked as intended the three times we have used it so far. It is very tall at 20+ feet tall. Our house exterior is very tall and our other ladder is half the height of this one. So we were looking for something taller and easy to store to be able to reach second story windows and higher up siding. We would still not be able to safely reach our second level roof with this. We do like that it came with extra feet attachments to help with its stability. It has been able to extend and collapse easily the times we have used it.Cons - 1) the title of the advertisement is misleading. This size of ladder does not come with 2 detachable hooks for the top. I believe that is only for the shorter ladders, not the 20.3 foot size. The hooks are not in any of the pictures for this larger ladder, and they did not come with ours. Which is a disappointing since the price is so much more and it is taller, so could use even more stability whenever given the option. 2) it has a good amount of weight to it. It is not very 'light'. It may be lighter than other ladders of the same height, but when comparing it to our other shorter ladder, it is much heavier. 3) does have some flex to it when higher up on rungs (~200lb male). Makes for a bit of a nervous experience. 4) The price seems to be average when compared to other ladders by other big box store name brands, a little more if not on sale (currently there is a $20 Amazon coupon for this ladder to make the price similar). If the coupon discount ends, it would make the other ladders a better deal and being known name brands, they would be the better option for price and safety/stability-wise.

This telescope ladder is very heavy duty. I got the 16.5 ft. I have used it to get on top of my roof and get into my attic. I like that there are so many different types of configurations and I can use this for multiple home projects. It is on the pricier side, but this makes sense because it takes the role of many ladders. It also folds up compactly. The only thing is that it is on the heavier side and can be a bit awkward to carry at times. Overall, very happy with this.

Waste money, bought only 3 months and the ladder can't lock properly. DO NOT BUY

I originally ordered this to stor under my bed as an emergency ladder in case I need to evacuate my home in a fire. Unfortunately, the hooks are not broad enough to go over the window sill, and without being able to anchor the top or the bottom, I'm not sure it's the best solution for that. That said, it is a reasonable and compact ladder for use for quick jobs around the home, and its compact footprint means that people who might not otherwise be able to store a ladder can. I am a little doubtful about the claim of 330lb. capacity, as it feels a little shaky the farther you go up and I am a long way from that weight.
