65" TCL NCXFRAME:Very nice mount, lays real flat and easy to hang. Comes with a layout template that you can poke a sharp point through to drill pilot holes and use rawl plugs. I could only line up with one metal stud behind the drywall so I used my own screw in screw anchors that offer a wider and better support grip on dry wall, 6 on each bracket. Use a level to guarantee level of the TV. There is no adjustment other than wiggle room on the screw slots. The TV hangar brackets snap in nice and secure. You can still lift up the bottom of the TV to plug in cables, without releasing the hangers from the brackets. Nice mount!The picture is awesome and the photos display very nicely if you do not use the software frames. The border of the software frames has a few limited colours you can use but really lacks some basics, like pastel blue and darker blue, for ocean water shots. The software frames are too wide and show the inconsistency of the screen edge illumination.Menus are very confusing and there is no information available to help the user to set up this TV. Even the basics, like brightness, contrast, and colour depth is hard to find the second time. Remote is not the usual layout from other brands, however it works well and the TV is very responsive without any delays.Home photo display is the most confusing garbage I have ever seen. The TCL Home app does not function with the TCL NXTVISION TV sets..yet? Read the Play Store app reviews! 2.4 stars and most are 1 star with a lot of complaining that the app doesn't function at all. It seems previous releases may have worked better, or at all.The TV has help menus and an online manual with one sentence for each function that just repeats the menu title. Absolutely useless. I have searched for reviews and YT videos that claim to show you how to setup your personal photos on the TV but none tell you anything. It is like they all guessed and have never actually seen the TV set claiming menu items that don't exist.No explanations are offered what app displays what or how the screen saver selects which photos to display. No matter what I have tried I cannot get the screen saver to display anything but their weird oil painting photos. After spending three intensive days on this, I am totally frustrated. I have always been a techie with computer experience since 1971, when the 8 bit CPUs first came out. I have written many software packages using web browser down to machine code.FRom what I can figure out the TCL Home app was incorporated to manage all photos uploads, and displaying etc. Then Google came along and crippled all the existing TCL software, attempting to force users to use Google photos, as Google always does, and the result is nothing works now.If I cannot get this to function better than what I have now, I will be returning this 65" TCL TV back to amazon.ca. It is basically useless for the purpose I purchased it for. Too bad as the hardware is very nice. The snap on wood frame is nice until the lights are turned down low and then it looks a horrible colour against mt silver walls. I will likely remove the wood frame snap-ons and expose the basic skinny white frame built into the TV. Much cleaner colour for my wall.Since my text description has not been included with my star rating, it indicates the vendor is aware of these problems and hasn't fixed the software. I have lowered my star rating to suit.

Big win that this TV doesn't come with a box below the tv like other frame TV's! Google TV is better than the alternatives and you get a wood frame in the box!
