I was a bit reluctant to make the purchase Just because TCL was not a household brand name MAN I AM SO GLAD I DID PURCHASE IT It has turned out to be the best tv I have ver bought Having a Samsung and LG This TCL has turned out far superior than both aforementioned A GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCKHIGHLY RECOMMENDED Quality picture great sound 👍👍👍👍👍👍

This TV has an exceptionally crisp and vibrant picture. I had a Hisense 4K Ultra HD and this TCL blows it away. It is not even close. Unbelievable value. Would recommend.

Image quality is amazing for the price. Speakers are a little tinny so you are better to use a soundbar, as with most new TVs. Has a toslink connector for a clean digital connection to your sound bar.Biggest con is the laughably short 4 foot power cable. The power connector is on the opposite side of the TV to all the inputs, and by the time you run it the length of the TV you have less than a foot of reach. At least it is a detachable 2 pin cable so it is easily replaced, but I'd happily pay $5 more for the TV to include a 10 foot cord in the box that can actually reach an outlet.

DO NOT BUY!This is a low quality TV, i did not expect it to be this bad, i have another TCL tv and its way better.the system was slow, video quality wasn't what i expected. I tried to return it exactly same day when i received it, they said i have to pay for the return, which i was quoted for $275.

It's a great TV. Nice and light weight and easy to setup and configure overall. The CPU performance is much better than the last TCL TVs I have used, all the apps/channels work much smoother and load up much quicker. I like the amount of inputs it has as well, multiple HDMI, headphones, etc. Also seamless Bluetooth which is nice. The built-in speakers are honestly better than I expected as well, plenty loud enough for YouTube or documentaries. Not great for music or movies maybe, but good enough. Probably best to invest in a soundbar or other speakers.The price is very good, before they were quite inflated (especially during C^vid), so not so high priced now.I have also tested this for 4K output with gaming from my PC. It works very well for this and allows me to use my PC more like a console now, which is great when I don't want to be in my computer chair and sit back to play games in a more relaxed way.I tested the Chromecast, it's pretty slow, but does the job. It will work better if you have an ethernet cable or using 5Ghz wi-fi channel. I would probably use a cable from your PC or phone for best results and no lag or buffering. You can also use Apple AirPlay, which I found performed better.So overall, can't find too many flaws. The UI is decent, maybe it could be improved more. I've never been a huge fan of most of the UIs these Smart TVs use, but they're getting better over time. Also kind of annoying that I have to use Google TV in order to get any apps/channels, kind of reminds me of Android which I find a tad annoying, but not the end of the world.In the end, I would recommend this TV. Don't think you'll do much better for the price/performance and image quality.

My daughter loves it, she plays alot of video games and the picture is crystal clear. Also great for watching TV. This is the second TCL TV I've purchased and highly recommend it.

Very nice tv, I had a bad experience getting a damaged unit out of the box. Looks like it was crushed and yes it was broken. Took the risk and bought another one and it was fine. Amazon's return policies are a joke but that is a whole different issue. Beware if it is broken or defective You have to pay the shipping charges out of your pocket. I spent 2 hours with customer service and got them to foot the bill. And I did recieve a refund approx 2 weeks after I shipped it out.
