The earth pin burnt out on my bulb holder melting the plug internally. Jeep were unable to supply and new plug and just said that I would have to buy a new wring loom. Used this kit instead which worked perfectly. All good now!!

I was quoted a lot of $ from the shop to repair the burnt out wiring harness on my Jeep, so I bought this part and easily was able to replace it myself. The only hold up was that I thought the harness wouldn't plug together securely but just had to put all my finger strength into getting it on good enough to snap the little clip shut. Other than that, this part did the trick to get all my rear driver side lights going again.

Two of the pins to the black part were missing. The connector didn't fit in the socket. Nothing worked. A waste of time, effort and money.Buy a better one.

Product didn’t have the plug for the side maker light had to modify it with parts of the old one

was concerned with the review that stated the connection was poor.it does take an extreme amount of force to latch the pigtail into the receiver boot but when it clicks in it is perfect.this was a fix for the front impact circuit and all lighting circuits for that side.
