Impressive quality product. Eye pieces for telescopes fits perfectly. Fits on Canon DSLR cameras. Have not taken any pictures yet but pretty sure it will align properly too. It's a metal based material and very sturdy. Great for the price.

Decided to try this to mount an old Canon T3i on my kid's new Celestron Travel Scope 70 to try some basic astrophotography. The stock travel tripod that comes with the scope is too light to handle the additional weight of the camera on the end, making nimble aiming and focusing a big challenge. Fortunately, substituting my heavier photography tripod with quick release ball head helped a lot.

I like that it is made of metal. Unfortunately my canon rebel t3 does not support "release shutter w/o lens" function so I have to wait until I am able to get a camera with that function to use this beautiful piece. I will update my review with the performance and pics shortly. Thank you :)
