We were missing an entire box. Not just pieces but a full box was not delivered. Very disappointing.

Gazebo was delivered with several missing parts. I was able to reach out to the manufacturer and acquire them for free but with a month of wait time. This does not do well with any wind above 10 mph. Ours is not mounted to the house but I wouldn't trust it if it was. The actual manufacturing of the frame is bad. The screws strip very easily and the holes are not properly aligned for assembly, which made assembly very frustrating.

Our gazebo looks great, feels sturdy and has lasted through some serious winds. Install was like a big puzzle, took us 3-4 days, but we also messed up a few times so had to redo some sections. If you pay attention to details, it’ll be easier :)

The box that the product came in when delivered was damaged. After removal from the boxes everything was ok and counted for. It was pretty simple to put together took me about 8 hours by myself. Some minor adjustment during installation. They give you extra screws which was good since one screw was not threaded. And two of the posts were mislabeled. Another minor issue I had with this was putting the panels in was very difficult to put that center piece in that connects the 2 panels. Other than that the product looks great.

I love this gazebo. Best purchase I made for a gazebo. Be protected and stay dry from rain and great protection from the sun when you had enough of it. Quality is pretty solid as you can bolt it down to the side of the house. It took approximately 3 hours to build. For the value it’s a great buy. Looks very elegant love the way it looks. All pieces and instructions were pretty good.
