Beautiful crib - but a lot of damage once it was taken out of the box and put together. All in visible spots. No way to obtain replacement pieces - only a full return - but now it's all together and it weighs 125Lbs - how is my Daughter in law suppose to get this back to the UPS people?? No way to communicate with Storkcraft. For the price of this crib, I am very disappointed. This was a gift for my son and his wife - this is their first child. No one wants a crib that looks like it's been previously used by 6 kids!

Got this crib for my son while he was in my tummy, but now that we are nearing time to convert it to the next stage I'm finding it very difficult to find the safety railing attachments.

The crib is beautiful but it does some which a few scratches due to people not being careful when packing, the scratches are a little noticeable on top of the paint.The drawers are put together the exact same way but 2 of the them did not align with the bars that are previously installed the step before.The drawers were last to put end and by that time I did not want to take apart all of our hard work but the drawers under the changing table were defective, we even tried to switch to drawers around to make sure they were put together correctly.

Don’t buy this crib, save yourself the frustration.It is impossible to assemble due to defective and broken parts. This crib was for my grandson and I can’t even assemble it. Part 6 is missing the metal threads in the wood and the holes aren’t deep enough to attach part 17. Part 17 fell apart in my hands. I have received no help in getting replacement parts as they want me to write a novel just for them to consider replacing them.. Plus the crib pieces came with the paint chipped or missing in some spots which I was willing to look past, but given the totality of the circumstances I am very unhappy.

Crib took my boyfriend and 2 friends about 2-3hrs to put together, directions were not the easiest to follow but the Gray is beautiful!! Crib is perfect for baby who will arrive in about 3wks. Drawers have enough room to hold what we need along with the shelves. Also love that it has 3 height settings for the mattress as baby grows. Came in perfect condition!

A bit time consuming to build, but as long as you have patience and carefully read step by step instructions you should be fine, also as you read instructions always make sure to look at the examples of how to properly assemble the parts, only because the written instructions will say but so much, so you must look at those picture examples. Besides that I had no issues took a few hrs to build, but it was sooo worth it!

All and all it’s a good crib but, there was some damages. (Most likely during shipping) This crib is very well designed but the drawers could use some work. The pre drilled holes on the drawers were off and caused them to sit crooked. After some manual adjustment I was able to get them straight and working correctly. The crib is really sturdy and I’m 10000% comfortable with it holding my baby. The instruction manual was very detailed and made the assembly really easy. All of this being said it is a good crib and the only reason it didn’t get a higher rating is because I paid $500 for a crib with visible damages.
