It came with everything in the advertisement and was very easy to assemble onto an ATV. It is built durable, the motor has a good amount of power, and so far it has been working exactly as expected. As long as it continues to function well, I give it a full 5-star rating and would certainly recommend it to others looking for this class of winch.
