Just got this today and tried to plug it into my controller and nothing worked. No audio came through my headset. Tried to unplug and plug it back in but still nothing, tried on older brothers controller and still the same thing.. don’t recommend buying.

It use to be able to control the voice and game separately, it doesnt anymore, the voice chat button control both the voice volume and game volume. It sucks as i cant control it. Not worth it at all.

Great adapter. Works as advertised by giving you quick access to your communication controls. Quickly control the balance between game and chat sound. Want to hear game sound only through your headset? No problem, press game sound icon on the adapter until you only hear game sounds. Same goes if you just want to hear voice chats through your headset. I find the mute button very helpful and the bright light on the adapter that lets you know you are on mute.My only complaint is that the adapter is a snug fit and it’s difficult to remove.

So this product worked intermittently for my son and I did all the troubleshooting that I could do and for some reason it just worked randomly and then it pretty much stopped so not even what I would consider intermittent it's once in a blue moon now and we gave up on it. Super disappointed. Don't buy this.
