Nice upgrade for my boat motor

The new Product is damage and has NO voltage output. We notice some type of Resin material covering the contacts that generate the voltage from the flywheel magnets. there is no Voltage output to the power pack or the coils or the spark plugs. This product has a 1-year warranty I want this product to replace or returned my purchase price.

I purchased this to replace the original stator on my 2001 150hp johnson ocean pro. It worked great for about a week and then the motor continued to get harder and harder to start and eventually wouldn't start at all.
