This unit made our cellular trail cam work great in a hit and miss cellular area. It has a bit lighter cord than our Spypoint external antenna on another camera, but works just as good and at a fraction of the price. Also comes with adapters for different cord ends so it just fits. On the expensive antenna we had to buy a cord end adapter for the Spypoint antenna to connect to our older Spypoint camera as the new cameras use a different connector.

So, like everyone who bought this, their signal wasn't very good. I had 2 bars at most. I bought this and installed it. It was saying 25% for about 30 min or so and I started getting frustrated. I checked it an hour later and I had 90% signal. I guess it takes a bit for it to catch a signal. I checked it this morning and I still have 90%. So far so good. I also put it about 20 feet in the air on a tree. Extremely happy with it so far.

Ok, in my situation my cell phone is very hitt and miss with often having 1 bar or none where the camera is installed. I tried the camera with no antenna and as expected absolutely no coverage. I then the factory antenna and I had two bars but on the app it was saying 25 percent most of the time and one day out of the 7 days I tried it there was 50 percent coverage. Lastly this antenna was installed and I still only had 2 bars on the camera but the app reported 50 percent coverage for 6 days with 1 day being at 25 percent. The antenna was installed the full length of the cord. It seems to do its job and I would recommend it...i did use tools to make the fittings just a tad tighter then hand tight and that seemed to have made a real difference.

By the time I got to use it in the field the return window was closed. Complete waste if you have the Flex cell cameras. Frustrating as not cheap from SPYPOINT and now I have a useless booster.

This thing works crazy good. Went from no bars to full bars just putting this think up in the tree above my camera. If your service is bad this is a much have!!

I bought this product to go on my spypoint micro camera (at&t) to go where I have no service on my phone. Before I installed the new antenna the stock antenna wasnt getting signal to send me any pictures. This antenna is working and sending pictures to my phone when they are takin. My phone still shows no signal but its sending them. On a clear blue bird day it does good but I've noticed on these rainy dark days it has a time sending pictures but when signal is made it will send them on through. Will be buying another one for my Verizon camera to see if it will begin to pick up service better also. Also I stuffed my antenna wire into a PVC pipe so I could throw it up the tree to easily get the desired height to get maximum service and lightly haul it in and out. Spray paint desired color.

I hunt in an area in Arkansas that 90% of the time has little to no signal. In my stand my Verizon phone only gets 1 bar when leaned against 1 window and can NOT be moved or it looses signal. I have 1 of my SpyPoint cellular trail cams 30 yards from my stand and at best it only ever got a 25% signal and rarely, if ever, transmitted any pics. Well I finally broke down and bought 1 of SpyPoint's Long Range antenna and hooked it up. It IMMEDIATELY started transmitting pics to my phone! I now have a 50% signal and recieve pics ever time something activates the camera. I will admit that once in a while after the signal drops back to 25% but for no more than a few minutes. I have ordered a 2nd antenna and will be installing it on my other SpyPoint trail cam asap!

Tried a China brand antenna first and it would not work! I bought another one other these because it works so good!
