I ordered this to train at home, for extra training hours. I took classes using similar equipment back in the 90s’, and I remembered how fun it was. I was surprised by the length - more than I expected! Slides well. Very happy with it and I hope it slides well for a long time. Comes with exercice sheet. The only downside is that one of the ends curls, but not a major issue for me. Good price too! Highly recommended!

For the price, I should give this a higher rating. It does its job "well enough". However, I've had the Reebok slider before and that one had a slicker surface so the gliding was much smoother and faster. This one feels like it catches more and it's not as easy to push off the edges for a quick rebound. It's still fairly new, so I'm hoping that with more use it will have a slicker slide. I'm not disappointed in the purchase because for the price, it's okay. I can still get a great cardio workout. It rolls up and out of the way easily. It comes with a double sided exercise sheet with six exercises;so the board is useful beyond the skate drills. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase (for the price) and do not regret the purchase. It also arrived quickly and in great condition. Though, I would be curious to see if some of the more expensive slides glide more smoothly. Still recommend it.

Great value for money! My 12 year old uses it for his goaltender work outs and it is perfect for him. I have used it as well and works fine for me. Able to slide from end to another. Really pleased with the purchase.

I like that it rolls up easily. I don't use the bag that it comes with because it seemed a bit small. Happy so far

I have just tried it today April 8th/2024 and it seems sturdy, well made, and durable...let's hope that time and usage doesn't change that. I would have given this 5 stars but, when I ordered this last week I paid $64.00 and change, as of just a few days ago, it is up to $105.00. I know of other people who were thinking of ordering this and now will not due to this price hike out of the blue...and not the first price hike as I've noticed in other reviews.Update: Had to return this slide board as I used it maybe 5 or 6 times for 30 minutes each time approximately, and the sliding aspect of it has dulled and it is no longer very slippery. And also, even wearing good runners, (with booties) it hurts the side of the foot that hits the end stops.

I was pleasantly surprised to find it already came assembled.There is a little bit of lift on one side,but that goes away as soon as I start sliding. If you find it's not slippery enough,Pledge furniture polish work wonders.Just spray lightly and wipe off.

Die Geduld bei der doch längeren Lieferzeit hat sich gelohnt! :-)Die Matte liegt dank rutschfester, integrierter Unterlage fest am Boden, die Schrittlänge ist für mich gut, bei 1,78 m Größe, die Balken seitlich sehr stabil.Durch die Nylon-Überzieher an den Turnschuhen großartiges Gleitgefühl!Sehr effektives Training!Auch die Übungen von der mitgelieferten Beilage sind sportlich und außergewöhnlich.Insgesamt bin ich einfach nur glücklich!

Easy to set up, the board includes booties that are slick enough to make advanced athletes work hard, but not too slick to scare off those that are new to the drills. Rolls up nice in a travel pack. Love the product and so do my athletes and staff. Great buy. Only caution is that it’s not heavy duty, so don’t expect Olympic athletes to vibe with it. Go make your own in that case.

I always read reviews before I order things. I read the reviews on this carefully and decided the negative feedback might not apply to me. Years ago I had a rebok slide and loved it. I used it often and over the years it degraded. So 20 years later I'm looking at another Chicago winter where I need a good indoor workout to supplement my spin bike. I remembered the slide and lo and behold here's one reasonably priced on Amazon, shipped and sold by them so if it doesn't work out I can return it.First it came in one day, probably just lucky where I live. Yes it wants to curl because it's been stored in a box, so role it the other way to store it or fold it over for storage so you don't need to roll it. The bag and booties are good and the slide itself is very slick. It needs to be slick or you can't slide. Now, if you have animals, dog hair, floor dust etc., you need to be careful not to transfer this to the board with your booties or by rolling it up. Keep it clean it should stay slick.I am a 5'5" female, 59 years old and very fit. If the board were any more narrow it'd be too narrow. If it were any longer I would probably have difficulty getting myself from one side to the other. A little push off and arm movement is needed, you can lift and twist a knee and get a good ab workout. This is an excellent workout for legs, specifically inner thigh, excellent core, balance and cardio. I recall it will not work well on carpet, so some kind of hard surface is really needed.So I got 45 minutes in on it within an hour of it showing up at the house. Ice storm outside. Very pleased with the purchase, and I will update if I encounter any negative issues.UPDATE: After using this just two times it became difficult to slide. I washed the board and rinsed out the booties and was really surprised how much dust accumulated. Anyway, I have a simple solution to getting the board "like new." Take a piece of waxed paper and rub it on the slide and on the bootie bottoms. Use the bootie bottoms to move the waxed paper. Then very CAREFULLY begin sliding again, super slick. If you've been pushing hard to navigate the entire less slick board, just know the waxed paper will make it "like new" slick again and you won't need to push off as hard to get to the other side. Still very happy in Chicago with another indoor workout option. It's still stupid cold here.
