Good quality kitchen torch and is easy to use. The flame is adjusted easily with the turn of a knob. This is a torch head only and requires a butane can to attach making the torch easy to store without the canister. The head seems well made with good weight and adding of the butane canister not at all cumbersome. I prefer it to a refillable torch. Excellent value.

I recently purchased the Kitchen Culinary Torch and have been very satisfied with it. This torch is incredibly easy to set up and operate, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced cooks. The instructions were clear, and I had it ready to use within minutes.One of the standout features is its powerful flame. It provides more than enough heat to caramelize sugar on crème brûlée, sear meat, or melt cheese quickly and evenly. The adjustable flame control allows for precision, which is fantastic for various culinary tasks.The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that it can consume fuel quite quickly, so you need to keep an eye on the gas level. However, given its performance and ease of use, this is a minor issue.Overall, I highly recommend the Kitchen Culinary Torch. It's a great tool for anyone looking to enhance their cooking experience with a reliable and powerful culinary torch.

WARNING!!!!!!They did not label this item properly, unlike other Fire making devices (Lighter, Flame Thrower, Blow Torch, etc...) this thing is a poorly designed "culinary" torch.It does not automatically cut fire after you release the button.The button trigger you see, is not for controlling fire, it's simply a spark an igniter.Once it's on it remains on.The Knob at the back only lets you set how much gas it's being released.This item is extremely dangerous as it keeps burning regardless, and the flame torch is long, reaches far.It might be fun if you are into pyromaniac stuff, or setting things on frame, definitely not safe for kitchen use.It does the job in the kitchen, but I'd not recommend it at all.Don't even think of bringing one of these to a camp site, it'll set the whole forest on fire.

I was searching for an affordable, yet reliable, torch for cooking and baking. This one was an instant hit in our household.-It's very simple to use, even for someone clumsy and prone to cooking related-injuries, like myself; and-The safety latch also makes me feel better about having the torch in the same house as my toddler.NOTE: This item does NOT come with butane and Amazon doesn't sell butane on their site for safety reasons. You can buy butane at a smoke shop if you have one nearby.
