This massager feels so good, especially at the end of the day. It's easy to use and has a variety of settings to customize your experience. Coming into our winter season, I'm especially excited to have the heating feature. I think having a massager like this is a great way to practice self care everyday.

I ordered this for my husband & got it Dec 1. He loved it, but it stopped working shortly afterwards. Contacted the company & received an email that they would send a return label “later”. Have inquired twice since, still no response.Update - never got a refund.

This chair massager is very easy to use. I didn't find it particularly useful, and it pretty much only vibrates. My husband used it for quite awhile and said he felt more relaxed after but that it did not help with any pain relief whatsoever. The elastic bands at the back which are meant to help keep it upright barely work at all. They need some more reinforcements in order to keep them upright. We ended up just setting it on our lazy boy chair and that worked better than the elastics. All in all, I probably would not recommend due to the price and the fact that it didn't really do anything for me at all. It is very comfortable to sit on though. I don't really know when I will ever use it again so I would not recommend.

This I actually cheaper than going to my massage therapist every week! Provides great relief to my knots and back pain. Way better than the one I used to have 5 years ago!
