Arrived early but still took almost a month and a half to arrive. These seem to work. I had to use the bolt from my old bolt on axle as a washer so that there was enough tension on the quick release. I did a quick bike around and it seems fine. Will update my review if I have any issues.

**update**Changing my review from 1star to 4star for having a good customer service. After reaching out to them they offered a repalcement or a refund for the item and you can tell that they are truly emphatetic of the issue. To prevent this kind of issue in the future I would recommend to improve your packaging and make sure that the items are not moving and tightly compressed when packed.The items were poorly placed on a bag almost seems like it was an old item as the plastic itself looks like old already.The cap that was supposed to seal the ball bearings when installed were bent and the items have scratches on it. (Looks like it was a returned item that they are selling again to a different buyer hoping that it will be accepted and not bother to return.)

I haven't tried them on my bike yet to see how well they function, or if they even fit.These arrived in a plastic heat sealed "bag", put into a larger ziplock bag, then tossed into a plastic courier pouch.These are primarily all metal components (fairly rough edges) with painted aluminum levers. Since they travel from China without any real protection, they are subject to scuffing.The set I received looked like they came out of a rubbish bin or off someone else's bike after being used.I'm waiting to see how the seller responds to my direct message, but the fact is, zero consideration was put into packaging and potential consequences. Very disappointed when I weigh in the time spent anticipating the arrival.The individual elements/components themselves seem ok, and from the looks of it, it should function as advertised. Relative to price, I would not reasonably expect a more refined surface finish. However the lack of attention to packaging for the distance required to ship, is disrespectful.

安かったですね。後輪の固定アクスルを外せるようにしたかったんです。合うかどうか不明でしたがとりあえず買って取り付けてみることにしました。折り畳みではない２０インチ米サイズホイールの自転車です。後輪ステーがやや広かったのですが何とか付きました。ついでにハブのグリス交換も行いました。ママチャリの部類なのでスピードも出しませんし普通に使えています。

作りはあまり良くないが、一般的なクロスバイクやマウンテンバイクには十分です。この安さなら納得です。
