I have been in construction for well over 40 years, and I have climbed and worked off countless ladders for work and I wanted to try one of these telescopic ladders. I can say that while there is some flex when climbing it, I felt there was only slightly more that usual. I recently used it to take my exterior Christmas lights down and felt very safe doing so. This is a very solid well built ladder and I would recommend this ladder for anyone who needs to work off a ladder. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. Just remember to put the base of the ladder touching your toes and set the angle so your finger tips can touch the ladder when your arms are straight out.

It is not safe, it has some parts that can cut your hand. The manual was not heplful, it is written in small blurry characters

These ladders are rarely as shown in the picture. I've returned two of them because they don't come with that bottom rung. The first step is like 30" up and that's too far.

Wobbly, unsafe, heavy and hard to maneuver. Risk of injury when folding it; not safety measures, you accidentaly place your finger half an inch from the folding latch while collapsing the ladder and there's a real chance for the finger to be gone.

I bought this ladder with a thought that it might not work for me very well. I was extremely happy after using it for the day. And now I am upset when I don’t have it with me. Also wish I could afford the larger one for my higher work.

Telescopes ladder this are awesome I wanted something that I could use while I was traveling that wouldn’t take up a lot of space in my rv bins because I have limited space this fits perfectly in my bins and it is very functional
