I saw the review before buying. Someone complaints about the quality that it does not hold water very well and very light weight. I don't care about this since I mainly use it as a sink collector. However, probably because of the light weight, it is not stable at all. When use as a sink collector, it rotates itself and seals the sink a few seconds later while tap water is on.

These are incredibly cheaply made. The center post is plastic and the basket is pretty thin and light.However, we've had a very hard time finding a plug that actually fit our sink. These fit perfectly and fully plug the sink. We've tried a couple from a hardware store, we've tried the silicon round mat thing, and none of them worked.So...at the end of the day...this product is perfect for us. Just beware of the cheapness of the actual product.

Tried a universal sink strainer and it wouldn't hold water in my sink. I resorted to a rubber stopper for many years. This type is not available in hardware stores. I was pleased to find this stopper/strainer. It is very flimsy but sturdy enough.

Cheap plastic centre and handle made to look like metal. Actual metal basket is thin and feels cheap. Didn’t fit my normal size kitchen sink and didn’t hold any water. Returned.

I had to replace my old sink drain thing because it fell apart. This package has 2, which is great. I like that you put it in the drain & then you twist it into fit the drain & to twist the drain thing down, so no water etc. gets out. A bit expensive for what they are but they work well.
