You'll get what you paid for. Cheap price cheap quality. First attempt, only 1/3 of the eggs hatched, all fertile eggs. The temperature and humidity seemed to work properly. 2nd attempt, the humidity guage failed, always went up to 99% humidity even without water. Defective product. Don't waste your time and money. Pay more for better quality product elsewhere. You'll regret it. It takes between 21 - 23 days to hatch chicks. Only 30 day return policy. After 2nd attempt, I was past the 30 day policy. Unable to return or get replacement. S.O.L.

Unfortunately, this incubator did not keep a steady temperature. The temperature gauge read 99.5, but when I candled the eggs on day 24 they were cool and there was no movement. I used another thermometer which told me the temp was 97. I am pretty sure I lost all of my east indy ducklings. I did transfer to another, more reliable incubator (Nuture right 360) that I had just hatched chicken eggs out of with no trouble.I contacted the seller through the email on the order I placed for a return or refund since it was outside of the return date of 30 days - duck eggs take 28 days to hatch. They told me they had no record of the sale and could not help me.I am disappointed bc I lost 2 dozen East Indy duckling eggs that were so close to hatching. Additionally, the incubator was not cheap and the eggs weren’t, so I am out quite a bit of money. I am disappointed the seller did not make it right either. Especially because I contacted them to make it right before writing any type of review.

This incubator is the worst I've ever used. It claims to have presets for chicken, duck, quail, etc. but I've gone through TWO units now and neither of them will switch modes. I had the first one replaced since it was defective, but the 2nd one is just as bad. The buttons don't always respond when you push them, the factory reset doesn't always work when you perform it. When it's not in "manual" mode, you cannot change the temp setting. It starts out in "chicken" mode, and since it doesn't work and I can't get it off of that mode, I have no way to adjust the temp. Piece of garbage. Meanwhile, I lost 2 doz eggs from the first unit not working, and now another 18 will be lost.

really works good. The built in program is helpful, plus it has a manual mode. It is nice to be able to see inside the incubator.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Have tried two rounds because I wanted to give it a fair chance. Only three chicks hatched in total. Temperature doesn’t stay constant nor does humidity. Save yourself the wasted money and stay away from this product.
