Recently moved, no couch yet, my commute is longer, and this really irritated my Hems, they never bled so much. I bought one of these and I use it at work, home, and in the car. It has solved my hem related problems, and I am very greatful.

It’s a lot bigger than I expected, takes up the whole width of the seat. But the shape is nice and it seems pretty comfy. Not sure if the hole size is that important as I’ve read some reviews that say it should be bigger, but if it’s ineffective I’ll update the review. So far seems good, nice fabric and nice squishy memory foam. Ergonomic design and makes me want to sit up nice and straight. Looking forward to less tailbone pain! Oh, it also came out of the packaging just fine, didn’t need time to reshape or anything. Unrolled and was just as the picture shows. No smell, etc.

For sciatica it works great. You can just slide off of it in a chair. For the reason I bought it to take pressure off my rectal area. Worked well for this. Would highly recommend it. Tks for making this awesome cushion.
