Good enough quality, as far as dog costumes go! The scarf is just regular polar fleece and the little hat is exactly as pictured. Sadly, the size Small/Medium is too big for my chihuahua. Having ordered this drunk on the beach on vacation, I thought I neglected to read the measurements but it turns out they're not listed.To the best of my estimating ability, the Small/Medium is better suited for approx 15-20lb dog, depending on the breed. I am not drunk as I estimate this. I will have to return mine.

El gorro es hermoso aunque el tamano le quedo solo a mi belga. La bufanda es tan pequeña qué no le queda ni en mi mano. Aun así es lindo.
