the first week it was astounding--really wonderful.then the handle wouldn't stand up and kept falling over and crashing on the floor (and the brush 'comb' broke --what a great idea to provide that)the second week it didn't pick up as well but was adequate.the third week it was inadequate, even though three of us tried to clean the brushes, especially where they enter the unit and were wound with hair, or thread, or something. None of us were able to figure out how to detach the brushes from the unit, and there were no instructions provided.we haven't used it since.how very disappointing, since I have a muscle disease and am unable to use a vacuum.I thought I had found the solution that first week

Bien pour l'intérieur tapis et sol, par contre pour l'extérieur c'est mins concluant, ne ramasse pas les petits débris tel que les épines de pins.

This is a great product to use once in a while. Commercial implies it could hold up to a lot of use, this will not. I’ve used it to clean a living room, dining room and kitchen areas a few times and already it wants multiple swipes again and again to pick stuff up. If you only plan to use this occasionally then it’s a great item for the price. If you want to use it daily I don’t think it will last very long, too many plastic parts that just won’t last.

The Dual Action sweeper is fantastic on tile, not so much on carpet. Low pile carpet will be fine. Did a kitty litter test and on tile, the first pass got everything up. For the money though, I think I'd rather have invested in a Fuller. With Fuller you get a smaller cleaning area but this is why they are so good ironically. Although the Dual Action sweeper does a good job, it just doesn't say "quality" to me. The rubber wheels that engage the brushes when pushed back and forth seem a bit cheap and appear as though they will wear quickly. The Dual Action works well both forward and backward equally. The front brush is thicker than the back although this hasn't seem to make a difference in results. The nylon(?) bristles are lightweight (more so than I would've thought) and I would imagine, within due time, they would fray. I will update this review (posted on 01/23/2019) if and when that were to ever happen. The handle is broken down into 4 threaded pieces, which screw on together. I have noticed this is cause for the handle coming loose at times and need of re-tightening. Don't tighten those down to tight as it seems possible the threads will strip. Four stars, it's good if you need something a bit bigger than most. If you want a quality sweeper that will last a long time, get a Fuller.
