Mine doesn't have the small shelf in the middle, but I honestly think that it would've been an additional distraction. In fact I even put some white electrical tape over the unused bolts on the front because my eyes were still being drawn to them. Against a white wall, the white stand really does look quite good and the build is exceptional. Actually quite amazed at how heavy it was in the box so the metal turned out to be beefier than I expected. Holds my 46" Samsung tv without issue; although using the cable management system on the back was a must because black cables against white backgrounds stand out like a sore thumb. And I don't know a single tv that comes with a white power cable.Really though, the quality was better than I expected and assembly wasn't too bad. The wheels are definitely on the GOOD side with metallic components and two of them even have stoppers that hold well against a hardwood floor. I've had expensive cabinets in the past with crappier wheels that barely roll, so these turned out to be an upgrade. The only thing that you'll need to be wary of is how you manage the cables for your electronics since you rarely see them in the product pics. If you have the stand set up directly in front of an outlet, forget to set the stoppers and someone bumps into it, you might have a problem.Otherwise, I'm super happy with it so far. Easily goes high enough to see over the dining room table and the base is made of real wood. The only thing you don't get is a tilt setting, so you're stuck with it being perfectly perpendicular. But that's ok with me. Not a bad stand at all!

I really like this rolling monitor/TV stand!Build quality is EXCELLENT. I was surprised and not even sure what I was expecting, but ultimately this thing turned out to be a TANK. The heavy base is thick wood covered with a plastic laminate. The metal posts and TV mounts are very thick metal and do not flex even slightly. I feel completely confident in putting a huge TV on this stand all the way up to the weight limit. Every metal part of this stand is well finished and painted.The assembly instructions were fully illustrated, very clear and easy to follow. All of the included mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) were equally beefy and it doesn't feel like they cut corners on anything. I would compare the quality of this stand to the best stuff you can get from IKEA. They even include a couple of hex keys and a double-ended wrench, although you'll need to supply a Phillips (star) screwdriver to mount your VESA-compatible TV to this stand. They include absolutely everything you need to actually mount the TV to the upper stand/TV hanger. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the stand, and I definitely took my time doing it.I can't really fault anything about this stand because of the excellent build quality and solid design. I might have liked to see an adjustable height option using some locking spring-mounted pullout bolts (like gym equipment) so you wouldn't have to disassemble the stand to change the height, but this is a minor nitpick. More range in the height adjustment would also be welcomed.Highly recommended!

My teenager has a small TV in his bedroom, and he recently rearranged his room so he could have the TV at the foot of his bed. Since the table we have for it isn't very high, he stacked it up on a box so he can see it as he lounges.That wasn't a very secure solution, so I was looking for something better to put the TV at a level where he could easily see it while lounging in bed.This stand can put your TV at two different levels, but you need to lift the TV to the next level to change the height. There's wheels on the base, and you can easily move the TV around if needed, the casters function smoothly.Assembly wasn't very difficult, you just screw the pieces together. It came with an allen key and a wrench, we provided our own screwdriver. Our son took about 30 minutes to assemble it while watching a show in the living room, he could likely have done it faster if he was solely concentrating on the project. Instructions weren't all that great but it was fairly straightforward even without using instructions.It doesn't go quite as high as we'd like but it does work fairly well. The TV is not very big and we find it's very sturdy being attached to the stand.Overall this is a handy stand for your TV, especially if you have a requirement to move it around the room at all. We're quite happy with it.

This Rolling TV Stand for my 55 inch TV has been perfect addition to my living room setup. The stand is a perfect fit for my TV and is sturdy enough to support it. The swivel and tilt function gives me flexibility to place the screen at the best viewing position. The wooden base is elegant and adds a sense of elegance to my space. It's also heavier than I thought which helps keep the stand firmly in place and stable. And with 6 adjustable height settings I can easily alter the screen position depending on where I am seated. This is a nice touch for getting the best viewing angles around the room. It was simple to install. The instructions were simple to understand and I had all the components to assemble it. The compact design also makes it simple to conserve space in my living room. I can simply push it against the wall when not in use. The only issue is that the wheels of the stand are slightly stiff when I push it around. But once it's in place it's stable and firm. Overall, this rolling TV stand is an excellent, stylish and functional addition to my home
