With this modulator, I can plug in audio/visual RCA jacks for input and have output on coax to a low channel (I used Channel 2). Then, that coax output is sent to a regular splitter (used backwards) as one input, and my antenna is another input. The output from that splitter is then sent to a large splitter which feeds several tvs. In this way, I can have the output from a device sent along with OTA signals throughout the house.The signal is clear. The device is fairly easy to set up.

this has applications beyond what most people can use. It converts a digital video and places it on band/channel that can be broadcasted very little distance using old analog technology. It worked a few times that I have used it. No issues at this time.

I bought this to replace another rf modulator that I got that was a replacement for one that I had for years. The original was noisy, the replacement was somehow even MORE noisy. Then I gave this one a shot and honestly I can’t believe how clear it is on my 1977 crt. It’s almost TOO clean! Like I kinda want a little noise in my ntsc signal.. I’m impressed!
