We were looking for a replacement to solar powered wifi cameras and everything about this one is top notch. Only draw back is running the cables but a small price to pay for 24 7 recording and easy playback. Support team was excellent as well when we had a few questions.

I bought this set, and checked all cameras before installing. They were all operating well. I had a bit of confusion when setting up because there was just an ethernet cable per each camera. My other set which is from Defender brand and I bought it in 2015 had two cables per each camera. Well it operates with just that single cable and even has the sound recording option! Its app is definitely working way better than the Defender one. Before I install the set, I got a better deal from another supplier. I contacted Reolink, and they adjust the price for me! Great costumer service!

I have been using this camera for a rental property. Daytime video is great, motion detection is awesome(too good maybe, need to configure to get less detection however the software makes it easy to scan though events). Night vision is ok, like most cameras I assume some blurriness due to lack of light. This camera picks up audio very easily and clear.

system worked great for a few years, outdoor camera kept dying every yearthen i changed ISP and somehow cameras got couldnt get back onlineI contacted tech support, all AI or chat which is just terrible, time consuming and highly ineffecient.3 cameras ae also currently dead.

Happy with the system. It replaced crappy Zosi system.Easy to setup. It sends notification reliably. Getting some false at night as it's probably impossible to filter everything, especially flashes of light.The software is nice too, very user friendly.The only disappointment they included only 4 cameras with 8 channels system. I had to purchase two more cameras separately.

This is a very high quality system. The video is crystal clear 5MP and full HD colour during daylight hours. At night, the video is black and white but the LED ring in each camera allow for excellent video clarity in pitch black darkness. Add-on cameras are very reasonably priced also. Reolink also has an extremely knowledgeable and courteous customer service group. Very, very impressed!!!! Would buy Realink again in a heartbeat!

The cat5e cables which came with the hardware is not good. You will have issues with it if you decided to use full length. Also to note, the cables advertised is not 100ft long as stated.
