This is a great product! I took a gamble on this one since there was no prior reviews of this product, and since it looks like a knockoff of other similar products. When it arrived it was packaged very well; almost too well. The entire product feels like quality. I only had it on for a day or so and it do feel a big difference in taking sharper turns.Installation is very straight forward I installed it in my 2013 C300 Sport sedan with minimal tools. All you need is a ratchet a spanner and E12 socket. I also recommend picking up some thread lock. Took 15 minutes to install and thats really it. I still need to see if it holds up to wear-and-tear over the next few months but I do recommend if you are looking to improve handling of your W204
