So, I never tried a real official Wii U Pro controller and I bought my first Wii U last week ( Nov 2018 ) . Seeing official controller at almost 100$ ( Can ) , I decided to try this third party controller.Just player some Mario Party 2 and I had no problem at all. Controller is comfy , was easy to pair and all the buttons are responsive. Very happy with it ! Thinking about buying 1 more 🤫😇Still fairly new , so i'll update if anything happen in the next 2 or 3 months of usage , but so far so good.Recommended for people like me who dont care about knock offs 😉

Works fine, keeps the charge for a long time, but after a few months the cable started separating from the USB plug that goes into the controller. Luckily I have plenty others, it's just annoying.So I had to update my review, 4 months in and the right joystick is dead completely disconnected. Which means it id basically useless.

To preface this review, I recently had a Wii u pro controller died on me where the left analog stick failed.This controller is a clear attempt to clone the official Wii u pro controller however there are several flaws.D-pad feels mushy, buttons feel like they have excessive travel and are rather loose, and analog sticks feel fine and are comparable to the official Wii u pro controller but something about them feels a little off.When faced with all these small flaws you have to also keep in mind that this controller isn't even $25 while the official Wii u pro controller is currently retailing on Amazon at this time for over $200.Given the sheer difference in price, this controller is an excellent substitute so long as you're not trying to do any platforming using that d-pad.

Bought 2. 1 broke down after a month of use. Something broke inside, but its cheap and not repairable. Return window passed, can't return.

I'm really happy with this controller. It has a good build quality, the sticks and buttons are all firm and responsive. Super easy to set up, syncs with the Wii U within seconds and then you're all good to go.

The controller is built well enough but on arrival the left trigger on mine didn't work. The D-Pad also had issues.Amazon was quick to help me get a refund though so it might be worth a shot depending on your options.

I bought this because I wanted to test out the feel of a Wii U pro controller... Connects very easily but after 2 days the left analogue stick became stuck and unresponsive and the buttons soon followed suit! Amazon customer service (returns) was very helpful! The controller however was not much chop at all!!
