Have only just installed this and used it once but it worked perfectly. Using it to feed TV screens in a bar of live Jazz performances. Especially like the freeze function between the programmed camera angles so you don't see the movement when you select a new shot. Colour and video nice and sharp even in low light. Does everything I wanted it to do.

Bought this for a second camera position in our church livestream set up. It has worked flawlessly since installation and has already proved a boon. Almost identical to a previous camera purchased from Thomann at a much lower price and not only does it provide identical definition and works fine in default brightness and colour settings but here is an unexpected bonus - the hand held remote control uses the same protocols as our previous one. The included wall mount is excellent and perfectly adequate for such a light weight device. Here is another bonus - because our two PTZ cameras are at 90 degrees to each other we can use the same remote depending on which direction we point it! It works fine at a distance of about 15m.And one last thing, I was concerned about the length of the HDMI cable we were needing to run but in the end a length of about 18m with one extension part proved no problem feeding into a Roland 4ch video mixer.Great job. Thank you.
