Used a few times for silver bearing soldering of brass mechanical components. Works well and a fabulous upgrade over my 25 year old model that has no auto light or shut off function. Hefty build which makes me feel confident it should last a while.Price was right, saving me about $20 versus buying a branded identical product at a local shop.

Je voulais l’utiliser pour chauffer des pièces en mécanique mais dès la sortie de la boîte le bras de la torche étais toute instable à l’essai le gaz fuyait de partout sa fait une grosse boulle de feu.

Works with the 1lb propane cylinders I use for camping stoves. The trigger ignitor works on the first try and can be locked into the on position with a push lock. The small size is great for unsticking old rusted bolts while working on the car, or for heating up stuck bicycle pedals for replacement. Great for the handyman.

This feels high quality in every way. Using it confirms that and I love how much you can adjust the flow. I can get much higher flows than on most torches I have.Connects really easy to any propane or mapp container It has a lock to keep the igniter for getting hit, as well as a lock to hold the flow on once ignited.It lights almost every time on the first or second click.The brass in it is heavy duty, the thing weights more than half a kilo as it appears it's almost completely brass with a bit of nickle or chrome plating. The plastic casing of the handle is comfortable in my hand and the trigger isn't awkward to press... Quite natural actually.Very happy all around on this tool.
