I have always used hand power for screws all my life. However, lately I have been doing a lot of building for my home as well as hobby crafts with acrylics and plasters so I thought this might work in my favor.I thought with it being USB charging there would not be that much power or that the power would not last long. Well I was wrong. There is good enough power to screw in long screws all the way in hard wood. I have also been using it with scrub brushes to rip off the high gloss paint in my home. In short I have since I got it been using it like crazy. The charge lasts a very long time. Charging it is only a few hours. The paper cutter attachment is very good. My wife has been using it to smoothly cut leather for seat covers as well as thick blackout curtain material. It does a very good job. I am not worried about the blade getting dull. If it does, I can easily and quickly sharpen it again. So this alone is a great tool to have around the house. You also have attachments for the tool that allows you to easily screw things into awkward and hard to reach places. In addition you get screw driver bits. It all fits neatly in a well-built plastic case so everything is ready to use when you need it. It is not a super high-powered professional driver, but it is more than capable of handling anything the do-it-yourselfer can dish out.

So ive used this a few times now for various projects and honestly its great for typical home owner use. It has alot of torque for the size and is more than sufficient for putting up to 2 inch screws into solid wood. Ive tried to use it with 3.5 inch screws and it doesnt have that much power but honestly thats not its intended purpose. The purpose of this screwdirver is to save effort while assembling furniture, hanging pictures, some light household work like cabinetry, basic things that most people would use it for. This kind of stuff it accels at and the battery life is actually quite good too.The downside is that while it has good torque, its also quite slow to screw things in or out. It has a transmission that is basically in first gear the whole time so you wont be rapid firing screws in. Its still alot faster and takes alot less effort than a manual screwdriver though! It includes a good set of accesories such as bits and a few attachments like a cutting blade for paper, fabric or cardboard. There are some adapters for weird angles like 90 degrees or move it an inch to one side and theyre all good quality too. They really allow you to tighten those screws that you normally couldnt get with a regular screwdriver. The biggest downside is that while the different attachments are very secure in the end of the motor, theyre also very hard to remove. Im a big guy with strong hands(used to be a mechanic) and i really struggled to push the tabs in enough to remove them!Overall its a great little unit and im happy to own it. Its great to have around!

Here’s the tools I use regularly as a professional, a DIY’er and a hobbyist.Small fastener: Dewalt 8V Max Gyroscopic screwdriverSmall drilling: Bosch 12V Max Li-Ion Cordless Drill DriverMedium and large fastener and medium drilling: Milwaukee M18 Fuel Impact Driver with adjustable speed/torque (I use ¼ hex Milwaukee Red drill bits for drilling)Serious drilling: Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hammer DrillSo, did I need another screwdriver in my toolbox? Not really. But I though the special angled attachments that this Werktough screwdriver comes with could prove to be handy on some jobs. And the rotary cutter could be very convenient to cut open those awful blister packs.But…- The attachments were poorly designed. They are a real PITA to switch in and out. Instead of being smart and design a ring locking mechanism, the Chinese engineers though a simple “detent tabs” design would make it. Well nope! The detent tabs are way too though to operate. Now I have the rotary cutter snap in and I can’t get it out. After saying the F-word a few too many times I just throw the tool away.- Does not have a variable speed trigger- Under powered with only low speed 200rpm and very low 10Nm torqueTo give you an idea how under powered this Werkthough screwdriver is, my Dewalt 8V Max screwdriver has 430rpm / 40Nm and I can’t drill through ¼ massonite panel using ¼ hex drill bits.If it was not how the attachments are poorly designed, I could surely recommend this tool for someone whose only use will be to assemble IKEA furniture and tighten a few cabinet doors and drawers handles. But the difficulty of switching in and out the attachments is making this screwdriver a very frustrating product to use. So, I cannot recommend it. You should look at better alternatives here on Amazon.

I like its light weight. Has several unique drill attachments that are crucial in screwing in items in bad situations. Numerous screw bits to fit all situations.
