I happen to have the 'yellow' batteries as well as the 'red' batteries and I am pleasantly surprised that this adapter will accommodate both of them. I was just about to pitch a Rigid impact gun and drill as I no longer have the batteries and charger and wasn't about to invest in those, but this adapter has saved them from the landfill.

Works, however upon my application for switching a 12v powerwheelz to 18v rigid drill battery, I blew 3 of the 4 included fuses. I upgraded to a 40amp fuse and everything is working well.Overall decent, but maybe should be upgraded to 40amp fuses, as I am not having any issues with heat.4/5 stars since I had to get different fuses.

So far works well, havenât had the chance to put it to the extreme but does as the product should. runs my dewalt batteries on my ridged tools
