As far as carrying a rifle it works good and has lots of pockets for ammo or other stuff and made out of good material.....But there is a big down fall with it,it needs more padding to protect scopes and rifles from damage when going hunting...You have to watch very closely when you lay your rifle down because with not very much padding you can knock your scope out of alignment,and when it's in the back of your vehicle if you put rifle in trunk on your way hunting i really don't think it could protect your rifle with very little padding in it.

This has everything you need, quality is ok but you need to customize it. I had some high density foam, I add a a strip inside the case and put a rigid plastic strip in back zipper opening so it doesn't bend using backpack straps. Fits rifle with scope and bipod, straps inside perfect. Pouches have straps inside to hold magazines/ ammo, tools ect. Have to secure and reinforce all straps yourself, make top backpack strap short ect, I hiked in the bush successfully with it after suping it up a bit. If I get a couple years I'm happy for price paid.

Cheap zippers that open easily in the middle. And don’t expect to use it as a backpack; you have to contend with the narrow straps on your shoulders, the wide straps will be on your chest (and they are not padded anyway). Aside from that the material is tough, but the seams look bad, so probably won’t last long. Like others have said: a cheap good enough bag to go from point A to point B in your car, don’t count on it to trek in the woods.

Took this bag out 4 times with me. Carrying an 18" Remington. Shoulder strap ripped.Not worth the cost and I bet there's no warranty with these things. I'm a cheap guy, so when I'm saying to spend a bit more on something better. That says alot to this quality turdbag.

The material used for this bag is thick and nicely made but, I returned mine coz its too small for me to use for what its meant for. I ordered the size I want but, it appeared smaller. I am still waiting for my refund so I can buy the next size should it be available.
