Very easy set up, the audio quality and microphone are really good, no echo is picked up and the speaker has great bass.Works very well with all Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, including the micrrophone mute button.I wish the shortcut button was remmapable to more functionalities, but other than that, very solid piece for the home office!

I really wanna trust you guys, speakers are great. Focus your updates on improving the microphone algorithms. Last time I updated the 2021 firmware the mute bottom stopped working. My suggestion if you buy this don’t upgrade the firmware. No there No Way you can downgrade to the last or original factory shipped firmware. It was then useless to me for work. I had to buy this 2023 version again. In the future, please allow us to upgrade or downgrade the firmware version. It’s essentially almost possible to brick this device with a bad firmware update. In the future, please allow us to upgrade or downgrade the firmware version. It’s is very possible to brick this device, which is terrible for a top shelf, premium brand speakerphone . Everything else is pretty great so far with this version. I’m never gonna update my firmware again, if it works there’s nothing to fix.
