I had my washer and dryer moved from the cellar to the main floor of my house. The guy who did the job hooked up my dryer exhaust with ties. I did not like that because I felt the lint would catch where the ties were so I got this and some eye hooks so when it is time to vacuum out the exhaust hose, I can just unhook this from the eye hooks then put it back. Amazing isn't it how professionals don't do things with any thought of down the road.

This did the job exactly as I hoped (hanging/rehanging pipe in the basement). Just be careful about first opening the package, as the coil will explode outward on you. Luckily I was uninjured.

This is an excellent product for my purpose that was to fashion bicycle reflector seatpost clamps and also holding clamps for bicycle coaster brake arms. The thickness is easy to bend and easy to cut with a pair of tin snips.
