Long press the power button for about 3 seconds, when the indicator light flashes alternately red and blue, the sleep headphone has been turned on.After the Bluetooth connection is successful, the blue light flashes slowly.
During the charging process, the indicator light is always on red, and after full charging, the indicator light is always on blue.
After disconnecting the Bluetooth connection for 30 minutes, it will automatically shut down or press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds to shut down.

i can’t sleep without listening to a podcast or audiobook but i’m a side sleeper; wearing earbuds was starting to really hurt my ears. this is the perfect solution. it’s completely silent until i lie my head down so my bf isn’t bothered at all. the sound is a bit muffled but it’s going though a pillow so i assume that’s normal lol. i really couldn’t be happier with it. it’s actually worth buying.

This is a good product and it works exactly as advertised. The charge lasts overnight and the sound quality is OK. I find I’m not using it however because it only goes in one ear when I’m sleeping on my side. I was using it for white noise and that’s only effective if it goes in both ears. So instead, I find I’m just using my phone speaker on a stand beside the bed for immersive sound. I’m sure this speaker would be great for podcasts or audiobooks or similar, but it doesn’t cut the mustard for me with music or white noise.

Well made. Easy to use.I feel like it should NOT say “bone conducting”. I should have thought about that comment because the speaker would have to touch your “bone/s”. (Eyeball roll). Won’t sound clear with a thick pillow. Not great for white noise.This well made little speaker is small enough and slender enough that I can place it on my neck at the base of my head and it works great.I’m using it for evening meditation.So for me it works fine.

Received the product quickly, with no issues. From what I am told the product works great and is very pleased with it and also prefers this to the previous speaker pillow that was being used. When I seen the product it was smaller than I was thinking it would be. I would guess that smaller would be preferred when placing inside of an older speaker pillow and/or under your pillow current pillow. Also to note that there are no actual "speakers" (speaker holes) visible from the outside. Let's hope the quality stands up to the test of time.

What’s the point if you can barely hear what the person is saying? It’s so muffled it just sounds like extra noise. I can only see this being somewhat useful if you want to fall asleep to rain sounds or something

I was worried this was going to be a poor product, but it's actually turned out to be a nice surprise. The speaker works just like it's supposed. Quiet for everyone else in the room, but a comfortable volume for the sleeper. This is a great item for people who like to fall asleep to music, stories, nature sounds, etc. Turns off after 30 minutes. Love it.

This is very quiet when set to max volume. If the neighbors dog is barking, I can't hear anything out of this. I work nights and like to have white noise playing to drown out neighborhood noise and this can't do that.If you share a bed and want to listen to something but your bedmate wants silence, this "might" be what you want.The battery is extremely impressive!!! Lasts a couple weeks between charging.

A different pillow will make my experience better. But that is not a fault of the device. Some experimenting with different oillows will let me fine tune the performance.GordK
