Not enough grip... This is okay for things like toe to bars and kipping pull ups but I do not recommend this for bar muscle-ups. There is not enough grip to feel safe when going over the bar. Personally was injured with using this doing a muscle-up as I lost grip of the bar and slammed my back into the ground because it was too slippery.
