I really love this feeder! It's a great deal for the price. I had an ant problem - even bees and wasps got in the last one - but this one keeps them out! The hummingbirds love it, too. I'm getting more coming to my feeder! And, it's really easy to clean and fill.

Hummingbirds like it. This is probably the easiest feeder to attract hummingbirds at the beginning. My first hummingbird only ate from this one but not the other prettier ones. I guess this is the style they know the best? Over time they are getting relaxed and eat from every feeder I have. The price is good too. However it does leak a little nectar on the floor which will cause some ants problems.

Upon filling the container for the first time and placing it in my garden I was amazed at how quickly the liquid disappeared but had not seen any hummingbirds. So I refilled it and watched it for a while. The liquid is constantly dripping from the 4 small holes on the bottom where the birds are supposed to feed. I have taken it apart and tried again, ensuring that everything is together properly and tightened but it still leaks. Very poor design

The bottom screws off so you can add your sugar water. The top has a hole, but you have to use S hooks or run a string or ribbon thru it to hang it. Fill it up, then good luck carrying them outside without leaking until they are hung. The water leaks out easily if they are not perfectly upright. The yellow caps on the center of the blooms have disappeared on several of them, - I ordered 4 of these. They pop off easily but the feeders still work. We have a rat problem in our neighbourhood due to construction and natural spaces being developed, so those Squirrel Busters had to go - too many seeds on the ground to feed the rats. So hummingbirds were my only other option this year. Oddly enough, I've ended with some black and yellow Baltimore Orioles instead of hummingbirds! He's even brought a friend with him now. No regrets on the purchase, just try to keep them level after you fill them up.

Have a had a lot of humming bird feeders. This was exactly what I was looking for this time round. This is plastic, so it won't smash when the wind blows it over. It comes apart, so you can clean out the inevitable yuck. Its mostly red and has perches, I've noticed these qualities do seem to be preferred by the birds over feeders that don't have them. It was affordable.Buy it.

This company makes this same feeder in clear glass and I thought that’s what I was ordering because I needed a second feeder since my hummingbirds are battling over the one I have. This one is actually colored red plastic. To be honest, this one drips a lot more than my glass one. Since I have it hanging over a ledge, it does not drip on my patio, it drips over the bushes down below, so it’s not a huge deal. I would get the glass one if you are hanging directly over a patio or deck. If you are hanging over bushes, grass or something then it would be fine. I’m on the 3rd story of an apartment building so I am not concerned about ants up here, and haven’t seen any. I have attracted a couple of regular bees that now hang out on the feeders so it has been fun trying to refill them without being stung! Lol

Para evitar las hormigas, en lugar de agua yo utilicé grasa; otros pájaros que llegan al comedero voltean el depósito y provocan derrame de miel.
