Works ok but not great. If you turn the tap on and leave it set it will hold the temp until a minor fluctuation in the pressure And it will shut off. It's supposed to be able to self adjust for fluctuation in flow etc but it only seems to have on or off. If you're spending the time and money to get an on demand system you may as well bite the bullet and spend the extra for a Rinnai or a Bosch. Have used both in the past with zero issues, so will probably be selling this one off cheap and picking up a better unit
