I carried the i3T for the longest time, but I was always longing for a light that offers similar output but for a longer runtime. This new addition from Olight does the trick! It is essentially just a bigger version of the i3T, and requires an AA battery instead of AAA. The blue clip is a nice accent as opposed to the i3T's black clip.BUILD QUALITY: This is the typical, high quality Olight product that you're used to. The tail switch is SO SMOOTH to depress. Unscrewing the end it is also very smooth with no gritty feeling. The width and length of the flashlight gives you a commanding grip.BRIGHTNESS: The user interface is the same as the i3T. You have a low mode of 15 lumens, and a high mode of 300 lumens. An interesting feature that Olight has incorporated into the high mode is that it gradually ramps up to 300 lumens. This makes it easier for your eyes to adjust to 300 lumens, instead of instantly blasting out 300 lumens up close. What I've also notice is that the tint emitted by this flashlight is more pleasing to the eye than the i3T. The i5T has a warmer tint.EDC-ability: With the deep pocket carry clip, there is NO issue with slipping this into your pocket. I did, however, notice my clip is a bit loose, which is different than my i3T where the clip was solid and would not rotate at all. However, I am confident that it won't fall off while it is clipped onto my pants.Olight, you guys did another great job! You had built on a tried and true platform (i3T), and kept the price at an affordable level. Keep up the great work!p.s. Please bring the M1T Raider Plus to Amazon Canada? :)

Smaller than I thought it would be but the bright setting is definitely bright. Only takes one battery which is nice but I still need to determine how long the battery will last. So far I recommend this product.

This Olight Slim EDC light is perfect for keeping in your pant pocket clipped in place. I love that it uses a AA battery; they're so common and easy to find. The light feels sturdy, I love the switch on the tail cap, and the switch's two output modes are easily controlled. The body feels robust, and the size is perfect. While 300 lumens isn't a ton of light, it is well suited for small tasks and considering this is not a lithium-powered light; it represents an excellent value. I recommend this light to anyone wanted a low-cost EDC light.

I have used this for a year now camping and it's pretty great! Very bright and functions well. I have multiple Olight products now, and this is no different. Excellent designs and tech. Fit and function also top notch! The only thing missing now is a Lifetime Warranty on their products. They would leap frog a bunch of other company's if they did! Thank you from Ontario!

I like this flashlight a lot. The user interface is great. A light press turns it on as long as you hold down. Press a little harder and it will latch on. A light press or a complete press and it provides a dim light. Press lightly or completely a second time to get a nice bright light. The build quality is excellent and the dual-action clip is well thought out.What I don't like is the price. I think if it was $10 less, I would be buying a bunch of these but that just isn't the case. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to like this product but do not like how the light modes work. You have to click it completely on and off and on again to rotate through them and the weakest mode is first.I always need the brightest mode so have to cycle through each time. The size and durability are great if they could only change the mode setup.

I had gotten one previously during a promotion and was very impressed with it's qualities, solid, small, very light, one aa battery which is still going strong, and the brightness is just perfect for getting around the house in the dark or finding things in dark corners etc.I was so impressed with it that I purchased 2 more for my granddaughters who are age 10 and 4 years. Sometimes the little one gets scared in the middle of the night and she uses it to calm herself. The lights are just perfect for them and they love them. Had to warn the little one not to look at it though cause of the brightness. She already had been taught that but never hurts to remind the little ones.Perfect little pocket flashlight, you don't even know it's there.

Its a small package that nicely fits in my belt holster with a Leatherman and "tactical" pen. The first brightness setting is adequate for much of what I need day to day, but the second brightness is surprisingly bright. Battery hasn't yet died on me so Id say its doing well but I haven't had it long enough yet to accurately review that. the belt clip also has a second clip that I used a few times to mount the light on the brim of my hat. All in all I'm very satisfied with the flashlight and would recommend it.
