Finding an organiser that sits on top of the drawer as a tray is very hard to find. Most come with the desk / pedestal. This unit, is a good replacement if the preinstalled tray gets damaged. This unit has wings so that it sits on the top of the drawer. So, frequently used items on top with other things below.Would like to give 5 stars as this is well built and I like the removable dividers in the middle. I debated and eventually decided to drop a star because this organiser is too big. If you have one that comes with a desk, you can slide that unit out of the way and access the items below. This unit is so big that it takes up most of the drawer, meaning that you have to lift this unit up and remove, if you need to access the items under the tray.I need another tray like this. If will look for one that is a bit smaller, but if I can't find one (they are hard to find) I'll order another one of these.

This product helps in organizing small items in drawer, I would have given 5star if this drawer organizer had more customization.

This adjustable tray works very well to give me storage for small items in a drawer that is very deep and set-up for hanging files. The width adjusts to sit on the rail edges of the drawer which in my case are metal. It slides on the rails easily for access below it.

I love how these expand to fill the space available. If I ever switch desks, these will likely plop right in and get to work.
