I’ve tried to reason with seller but no answer. This chair is NOT giant. Several issues: no instructions. They sent me a YouTube video in Chinese: for a different chair. I managed to piece it together but issues with alignment. Had to use a much longer screw that is now sticking out dangerously. Cushion is VERY THIN and I can feel all the rods when sitting: makes for a very uncomfortable chair. They won’t answer. One star because zero star is not available.

The cushion is so thin you can feel every bar underneath. I even tried folding a duvet and putting that underneath and it was still uncomfortable. The seller sort of tried to make it right and sent two more cushions but they were long and skinny and nothing close to the shape of the chair so completely useless.You have to pay for shipping on the return and with the size of the chair that would have cost almost as much as what I paid for the chair. Plus, the return label was not actually a return label and couldn't be printed or used. I'd stay away from this chair.

Chair is uncomfortable. Cushion is smaller than advertised, not worth what I paid.

La chaise a pris bcp de temps à arrivé et était un peu endommagé. Le vendeur m’a accommodé. Confortable, le beige est en plastique, j’aurais préféré en jute ou autre matériel naturel, je suis tout de même contente vu le prix
