This is a handy unit to have on hand. I use mine daily. Not great build quality and don’t recommend for outside use or wet environments but otherwise very impressed. Peace

Seems to draw from both legs. Genset is much happier when outputting a large amount of power - like the 4 big rv converters that charge our large off grid battery bank.Been outside under an eave for a year now.No issues.We just ordered a second unit for the brother in law. Who also lives out here, off grid, in the middle of the middle of nowhere.

Easy way to make good use of the generators 30 amp twist lock can pull one cord in the house and split from this point works great for temporary power

Does exactly what it is advertised to do. Feels solid.Disturbing note that manufacturer included with the product stated that the "product should not be left unattended for the first two hours of operation". Guess they are not sure that the unit won't burst into flames and are requesting that the purchaser do quality control for them. Scary....

This product is rugged. It splits 240 volt split phase to give you four 120 outlets. It also has its own 240 outlet. What more could you ask for? I get this product five stars.
