Napoleon steht normalerweise für Qualität im Gasgrillbereich. Dieses Teil hier verbiegt sich dermaßen auf dem Gasgrill, es ist eine wahre Pracht. Sobald es kalt wird, geht es in die Ausgangsposition zurück und ist wieder eben. Dieses Teil ist nur Schrott.Habe mir ein ähnliches Teil von einem deutschen Hersteller besorgt. Und siehe da, es bleibt auch bei 300 Grad eben. War auch billiger und ist ebenfalls Edelstahl.

Used this on our Napoleon gas grill. Indirect heat, about 450 degrees. Soaked the cedar plank in grapefruit beer for about 4 hours. Then oiled the side of the plank touching the salmon. (Skin removed) For the veggies, drizzled with olive oil, coarse salt and cracked pepper. Didn't flip or turn anything. In about 12 minutes, everything was cooked perfectly. Because we went with Indirect heat, there was no charing, burning or discoloration of the rack or plank.

Der Gemüsekorb ist mehr schein als sein. Bei etwas höherer Temperatur verwirft sich das Blech und wackelt auf dem Grill. Echt enttäuschend..

Leider verzieht sich die Platte leicht auf direkter Hitze. Das Brett ist in Ordnung.
