Great product. Don't understand the expectations of critical reviewers. This product definitely keeps your hot beverage from getting cold in almost any type of mug. All of my mugs, like most, are concave on the bottom or have a resting rim and yet they still work great. It even warms up a cold beverage if there is about half a cup. To switch the intelligent mug recognition mode on or off, you must press and hold the flame symbol for ten seconds. Once you have the desired mode you never need to worry about it again.

I had a Coffee Warmer for over 10 years and I LOVED it and it finally failed. I bought this one to try to replace the other one but it doesn't warm up the coffee at ALL. there's 2 settings and they are both very low. Not worth it. and I can't even return it as the window is over.

I bought the non-USB warmer hoping it’s more powerful plus the plate is bigger enough for my Starbucks mug with 3.9in diameter.The coffee does keep warm but not that hot, the surface is hot though, so I think it’s the bottom edge and thickness of the mug issue.What’s bothering me is the sensor of detecting a mug doesn’t work well and I have to keep trying a spot to activate it, right in the center I think.I wish there be a Mark showing the weight spot as well as heating area.The surface is too smooth rather than rough so the mug won’t move.Will keep trying now or return it.

It looks great on my desk... but if you don't have a 100% flat bottom mug (like glass mugs), it won't warm as efficiently as you'd expect, and you'll never get warmer than lukewarm. If your mugs are flat, go for it! It's super cute :)

La surface vient brulante. C est préférable de débrancher apres utilisationEloigner l objet de fils ou papier et crayons car ca va prendre en feu.

It works great, keeps my coffee hot for hours with no issues, but there is only one catch - you have to use a mug that is 100% flat at the bottom, most ceramic mugs you find on the market have a more or less concave base and that won't work well - I tried with one and only got lukewarm coffee - so please keep that in mind. Otherwise, great product for the price.
