I purchased this to try to use on my Powermatic 1632 wide belt sander for it 5hp motor. I only needed the contact plate and reused the centrifical switch since I think it is a 3,000 rpm switch. The contact plate fit well and appears to be of very good quality. It fixed the motor and saved me $1,400+ for a new one since Powermatic does not show this part to purchase. I also bought a second one just in case. Now if only I could find this contactor plate with a 3,000 rpm centrifical switch in 19mm.Update: I have used the machine several times, and the contact plat still seems to be working just fine. I'm also thinking I could mix and match to get the 3,000 rpm centrifugal switch in the 19mm if and when I ever need it.
