Amazon.ca Product Description

Convenient pulldown faucet ().

Moen's Arbor kitchen collection delivers streamlined and timeless transitional styling that meets personal preferences and houses a host of performance features. The Arbor one-handle, single-mount kitchen faucet offers a high arc design and pulldown spout that features a 68-inch braided hose. This version comes in oil rubbed bonze, and it's also available in classic stainless, chrome, matte black, and Spot-Resistant stainless finishes.

The high arc spout provides the height and reach to fill or clean large pots while the pulldown feature provides the infinite maneuverability for cleaning or rinsing. When filling a vessel outside the sink, the pause feature conveniently stops the flow of water as the wand passes over the countertop. The 360-degree rotating spout enables you to install the handle on either side, and temperature is controlled by the 100-degree arc of handle travel. It operates in stream or spray mode in the pullout or retracted position, and it has a spout height of 8-1/4 inches. Water flow is limited to 1.5 gallons per minute (GPM), and the lever handle is ADA compliant. It comes with a matching escutcheon for use with three-hole installations.

Transitional style with flair ().

This faucet has become the surprise success of my kitchen reno. I was a bit ambivalent about buying it as there were some negative reviews (as there always are). But it's an absolute dream. Looks great, works great, easy to clean. The only downside, and it's minor, is that the swivel function for the whole goose-neck is quite loose; it would feel better if there was a bit more resistance. But I would absolutely recommend this faucet!

I bought this faucet in July and absolutely love it. I had a plumber install it. It really modernizes the kitchen all by itself. I have had a problem with the boost switch not disengaging. I contacted Moen and they are sending a replacement head right away. No problems in getting the new part under the warranty - in fact I was surprised with the speed at which they replied to my claim - only 1 day! Minor glitches occur with almost anything you buy now so efficient customer service is crucial. Kudos to Moen.

I knew exactly what I wanted in my new faucet but it took me a few tries to get the right one. I am glad I kept trying because I got exactly what I wanted. The tap works perfectly and has nice pressure and a button you can push if you want an extra boost of pressure. The sprayer has a perfect spray - not too skinny and not too wide and good pressure. The sprayer automatically goes off when the water is turned off, which did not happen with my last faucet (that I returned after a couple of weeks). Can't say anything negative about this faucet!

I love this faucet. I love the way it looks in my new kitchen, I like the feel of the handle, I like the way it can control the temperature. The power button and spray function make filling pots and cleaning up the sink easy and fast.

When our 20 year old Moen kitchen faucet became hard to repair, I didn't hesitate to replace it with this Moen faucet. It installed in about 1/2 hour, [man I'm an old guy and hate laying on my back under a kitchen sink], and works great. It has a great finish and a classy look with great spray head features and function. I didn't spring for a water on sensor function cause that takes batteries and I'm just old school. If I want water, I just pull the handle. The only thing I didn't like and can't change is the way the control handle points straight up for hot water and pulls forward for cold. It's evidently a safety feature to stop kids from burning themselves if they reach up to turn on the water. They're more apt to pull the arm forward for cold. You can buy a more expensive faucet but you can't beat a Moen for warranty and function.

I absolutely love this faucet! The pull out hose is great for cleaning fruits and vegetables, washing dishes and cleaning the sink! When you switch from stream to spray, you can adjust how hard the spray is and you can move the faucet head to be as close or as far away as you need it to be. (Keep in mind that the switch from stream to spray is regulated by water pressure. So, you can't turn the water down to a trickle and expect the spray to stay on.) You can have it turned on pretty low though. We have to turn ours on about 1/4" of the way to full open before we can get the spray to stay on. But that is just about perfect for the spray pressure when you want it soft, and it works great! It is very easy to install, looks great, and works great! The reflex works wonderfully. If you need the pull out extension to be short for a single basin sink or long for a deep well double basin sink, it works either way. You decide how long you want it to be. The faucet comes with a weight that you simply clip on the pull out hose under the sink, which determines how far you can pull the faucet out and how far back it reflexes. The only caution I have for you on this is that if your sink plumbing is a mess, like mine, the hose and weight will hang up on it. If you don't fix it, this will render the faucet extension useless. There is an easy fix though! We simply used an old piece of cheap poster board and some painters tape to make a channel along the back wall of the sink cabinet for the weighted hose to slide up and down. By containing it in the makeshift channel, it can't hang up on the other plumbing and it works amazingly. My only other caution is for people who are replacing a 3 hole faucet. This faucet is much shorter than the old faucets were. There is only 3-1/2 to 4" total length on either side from the center hole on the trim kit. So, you can easily change your plumbing set up for a single hole installation, but the trim kit may not cover your old holes. We just used the single hole faucet assembly (without the trim kit). We put it in the hole that was best for reaching both sink basins and then bought 2 cheap 2 inch hole cover blanks to cover the old holes. You can spend $20 or more each for hole cover to match the faucet, but we just used cheap plastic hole covers and it looks fine.We installed one of these for my mom over a year ago. It is still looks and works like new! It was so nice, that when our old faucet crapped out a few months ago, we decided to get this one, too! And as an added bonus, it was actually $50 cheaper than the non-reflex (pull out) version. And it's Moen, so it has a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend!

Excelente terminado. Se limpia con facilidad no dejando marcas por las gotas de agua. Muy practico que sea con sensor de movimiento además de su apertura manual.

We owned the first generation version of this faucet until the electronics on it started to go out. That faucet lasted about 10 years so hopefully this one will last at least that long. This newer design is easier to install, not being much more complicated than a standard faucet. We have this style of faucet for the motion sensor and that works perfectly. One advantage to this generation of the faucet is the water temperature can be adjusted using the handle position when using the motion sensor. The original version forced you to use a set temperature that could only be changed at the control box. The light on the sensor also blinks to tell you when the water is warming up and stays solid red when it reaches temperature. I haven't experienced any water pressure issues, the pressure is actually a bit stronger than it was with our old faucet. The faucet does have some quirks to it.The faucet must be powered to work. The handle does not directly control the valve, its sending a signal to the control box to turn on the water. Your car has drive by wire, now your faucet has water by wire. Sometimes you can tell this is happening because there can be a slight delay between moving the handle and the water flow starting. Another weird thing is you can turn the water on with the handle and turn it off with the motion sensor. Now your faucet has its handle in the on position but no water flowing. The wifi connectivity seems a bit unnecessary for a faucet. There's a couple of interesting features such as auto dripping the faucet for frost protection and auto turn off even if the faucet was turned on using the handle. I doubt I'll ever use a voice or app command to pour out a specific amount of water. It takes less time to just grab a measuring cup. Features like this seem like solutions looking for a problem that doesn't exist. The power adapter is an absolute requirement. The faucet must be powered to operate and the wifi feature is going to burn through those 8 D batteries. Moen should have included the adapter with the faucet and they're honestly ripping you off charging $90+ for it. You can find knock-off versions for less on Amazon that I can guarantee were produced in the same factory as the Moen branded one. This new version has also undergone some obvious corporate cost reduction. The 1st generation was heavy and felt like it could survive being dropped. The new faucet is lighter weight and has a more plastic feeling particularly in the neck and spray head. Even the nut holding the faucet to the sink has thinner walls then the previous generation version. It seems like Moen is trying to save pennies wherever they can. Moen does have a lifetime warranty for leaks and drips but if the faucet body cracks they'll probably call it product abuse and deny your warranty claim. I don't know if this cheapening is a real problem or not, it may take years for any real issue to show up and by then Moen will have discontinued this faucet for a new version.
