When I am not fishing I don't need a trolling motor on my boat. When I want to go joy riding, duck hunting, or shrimping I don't wAnt a big trolling motor on the front. This product makes removal quick and easy. Pull a pin an there you go off she comes. Strong material and easy to install. Love the mounting hardware was included.

Super easy to install. Very small “puck” left on boat when trolling motor is removed. Gonna be nice to better care for my troller by storing in shed or times when I don’t need it to shed some weight Used this with my MinnKota Edge

It's a great product, no doubt about it. Makes things easy. But it seems like it could be sold for a more reasonable price. Amazon still has best prices, just stating the product is priced higher than the parts and technology seem to make it worth.
