Great idea in concept. my turtle had no interest unfortunately. it came with a small brush that she really likes tho. You can't win them all.

So, got these for my turtle but had low expectations on the likelihood that my turtle would actually use them. Shockingly, he does, all the time. His shell had been getting very dull and such, as he was not bothering to remove his old scales, but he instantly went at these. He loves to push and fiancé his way under them, so I set them low enough he has to fight a bit, so his shell gets a good scrub. Now, every inch of his shell is looking great, with any old pieces or flakes removed, including any algae .. Love em!

Use it for my turtle's aquarium, he loves it and constantly scratches on it. Really nice!
