Your cart is empty. The Holga camera was initially introduced to the Chinese public in 1982 as an inexpensive camera for everyday use. Shortly after its introduction, it became an underground artistic phenomena. Using the Holga is an exercise in breaking free from dependence on technology, precision and controllability. The slight softness of the images, vignette and random light leaks produce dream-like, one-of-a kind images. The Holga 120N is modeled after the original Holga released in 1982. The latest resurgence of toy cameras stems from the love of the classic black utilitarian camera.

BRUTAL light leaks on the white camera body, which I sort of expected based on the way the thing closed. Pretty sure the white version is just painted white on the outside, and it affects the seal of the back. I'm sure this isn't the case for all of them, and yes, I know that part of the experience of shooting with a holga is the light leaks, but this one will definitely require a bunch of modifications on my end to make sure the backing is as tightly sealed as it can be. Spend the extra couple of bucks on the black model.

This is a wonderful Holga to add to my collection of two other black Holga 120S toy cameras (the original Holgas). This looks identical to the 120S except, of course, it's white, not black. This works like you would expect a Holga -- lo-fi, unpredictable, and perfect for any lomography enthusiast. Get them before they're all gone as Holga has gone out of business late last year and existing supplies are drying up!

I love this camera for beginners or a everyday photographer!!! it’s so cute and each holga seems to have its own character. No two holgas are the same. very lightweight and cute!

Do not buy the white version! I received one without a battery compartment, then asked for a replacement. Lo and behold, the second one comes and also is missing a battery compartment. I don’t know how this passed manufacturing QC, but I give up on getting a working version of this camera. :(

Haven't had a roll developed yet but she looks great and all functions seem just fine. Works just like my other Holgas. Will update when I get some film back.
