IF YOU BUY THIS, the rechargeable controller batteries that are included, the silver stripes on the battery MUST BE FACING YOU when you put them into the controller! That's how it charges on the station! THEY WILL NOT CHARGE UNLESS YOU DO! That's probably why people have given poor reviews! I will leave a picture.ALSO, YOUR HEADSET HAS TO BE OFF OR ASLEEP OR IT WILL NOT CHARGE! Thats why prople are saying its touchy to get the headset to charge.Other than that, so far so good! Really happy with the product and you can't beat the price!

Works well for charging the controller s looks cool bright light on or off your choice. Batteries seem great . No complaints

Very tricky to line up the charging pins on the headset. rechargeable option for the controllers is a nice option. But, charging the actual headset is very persnickity. it's much less time to just plug it in with its OEM cord.

C’est vraiment très pratique d’avoir un socle de charge unique pour le casque et les manettes. Attention à bien positionner les éléments pour que ça charge. Il sert aussi de présentoir très jolie.Attention il n’est pas fourni avec le chargeur et faites attentions à prendre un chargeur assez puissant pour charger le casque et les manettes en même temps . Il n’y a qu’un chargeur non OEM pour switch - 15V 2.6 qui a fonctionné pour moi, rien ne fonctionne en dessous de 30w pour supporter une telle charge .

For the price this is an awesome product, most complaints are about headset connection, some times I have put headset on the dock and it has started changing immediately at other times I have had to adjust position which took less than 20 seconds at the most to get right. I have no third party accessories.

This item does not charge the product at all. I left it on charge overnight and when I went to check the next day, the battery was on 1% despite having the orange light on the side of the quest 3. The two controls also do not charge despite lining up the batteries inside to the clips, and resting them on the charge ports. Do not buy this, spend a little extra and get a better one. Waste of money.

it works great for the controllers, however every time I put the headset on the charger I spend about 5 mins getting it to keep the connection so that it will charge. the orange light will go on for a few seconds and then shut off. I have to keep moving it and repositioning it until it finally stays on. It get old really quick. definitely needs a redesign.I got tired of repositioning the headset only to come back and find it had lost its connection.I returned this. I got a different one and have no issues anymore
