Let's face it, its not a heavy duty drill, and it's not incredibly powerful, its not impact. Thats not what it is made for, if you want that, go with the 18V Series and/or an impact driver. What it is, is a small, lightweight driver, pefect for assembling furniture or other jobs where you don't need much power. Working overhead to install lamps, bolting electrical stuff to a drywall,... I use it in a commercial application, and yes, the torque limiter broke and spins freely now, but... we've done 16483 Screws before it did (yes, we do keep track of that due to the nature of our use) which is fairly good for a driver that will cost 130CAD plus battery. Still have it as a backup, just taped down the limiter. We've bought an identical one as direct replacement, bare tool, as the batterys are still perfect. You have no real chance of emptying battery #2 before #1 is recharged.

Trigger is soft and occasionally the brake won't engage and the drill will keep spinning with momentum instead of stopping when I release the trigger. Also the torque setting wheel no longer stays in position, it just spins freely so it will vibrate itself down to setting 1, useless.

Drill bits changing is not a fast process. Every time you have to use two hands to put into a bit.
